About the Team
We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, focused on scaling and operationalising our B2B2C business, where enterprise partners launch consumer-facing mobile products powered by 1GLOBAL’s platform.

This role sits at the centre of one of the company’s highest-priority growth areas. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that partner launches, commercial initiatives, and cross-functional programmes move from plan to delivery with speed and precision.

You will operate at the intersection of commercial, product, finance, and legal, translating commercial negotiations into executable, scalable operational structures.

About the Role

  • Drive B2B2C operational execution. Own the operational rhythm of the B2B2C business, tracking partner launches, managing cross-functional workstreams, and making sure the right things are happening at the right time.
  • Support the CMO on strategic priorities. Prepare materials for executive and board-level audiences, support strategic planning cycles, and help translate high-level goals into concrete action plans.
  • Partner with Legal to drive contracting processes end to end. Coordinate redlines, manage timelines, and progress agreements to signature.
  • Connect the dots across teams, serving as the coordination layer between product, commercial, legal, and external partners, ensuring alignment, unblocking issues, and keeping initiatives on track.
  • Turn data into decisions through performance analysis, market insight, and structured problem-solving.
  • Build the playbooks. Document and systematise how the B2B2C business operates, from partner onboarding to product launch to commercial reporting, so that processes are repeatable, scalable, and do not depend on any single person. 

About You 

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-scaling technology company. 
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distil complexity into clear, compelling narratives. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball. 
  • Confident operating with ambiguity, able to define structure where none exists and act without waiting for perfect information. 
  • A track record of taking full ownership of complex projects and seeing them through to completion. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • A natural inclination to systematise: when you see a process that relies on tribal knowledge or heroic effort, your instinct is to document it, improve it, and make it repeatable.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with B2B2C business models, particularly in fintech, telecom, or consumer platforms. 
  • Experience working in or alongside a commercial or go-to-market function. 
  • Exposure to regulated industries or complex partner ecosystems.
