Compliance and Governance Specialist

We are seeking a Compliance and Governance Specialist to join our team and ensure that our practices align with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations and protecting our organizational assets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in all business practices.
• Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to staff regarding compliance regulations and best practices.
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess their potential impact on the company.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Facilitate training sessions to promote awareness of compliance responsibilities among employees.

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Are welcome Jr, Mid or Sr profiles.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the engineering or technology sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in compliance management software is a plus.
