About this role

ALTEN MÉXICO, líder global en consultoría de ingeniería y tecnología, busca un Product Engineering & Development/Validation Engineer. La posición abarca el ciclo de diseño‑desarrollo‑validación de sistemas de tren motriz y vehículos electrificados (BEV/HEV/PHEV), asegurando la correcta definición técnica, la ejecución de pruebas y el cumplimiento de procesos de manufactura y calidad.

Actividades Principales

• Soporte a desarrollo de producto en sistemas de motor, transmisión, driveline y e‑powertrain (BEV/HEV/PHEV)
• Preparación y ejecución de planes de prueba: definición de procedimientos, coordinación de bench/vehicle tests y seguimiento de resultados
• Recolección y análisis de datos, instrumentación básica y elaboración de reportes técnicos
• Triage de fallas y problem solving de primer nivel durante validación (root cause preliminar y acciones de contención)
• Alineación con arquitectura vehicular, procesos de manufactura y estándares de calidad del cliente
• Gestión de documentación técnica y entregables

• Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica o afín

• Conocimiento sólido de arquitectura vehicular y procesos típicos de manufactura y calidad

• Comprensión de desarrollo y ejecución de procedimientos de prueba; familiaridad con adquisición de datos e instrumentación

• Habilidad para triage y análisis de fallas en pruebas

• Inglés avanzado

• Experiencia con INCA, CANalyzer, osciloscopios, sondas para mediciones de alto voltaje y cables asociados
