Our support goes beyond mere transactional problem-solving; we emphasize a coaching approach that enables managers to learn from the process and grow as leaders. You will provide strategic and continuous HR support to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Rooted in Rhythm’s culture and Core Values, you will strive to be a trusted partner to both leaders and employees. By building excellent collaborative relationships with other teams within the P&C department, our mission is to realize a "workplace where everyone can thrive" for all employees.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Proactively support the Logistics team with accommodation allocations (if required).
  • Strive for a seamless employee experience for new and returning team members.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with business leaders from each department. Proactively identify team challenges and provide expert advice for resolution - to be supported by the People Partner Manager.
  • Understand the strategic priorities of the business and propose optimizations for human resources and organizational structure - to be supported by the People Partner Manager.

Performance Management and Learning and Development

  • Support Business Leaders in commencing performance cycles in a timely and smooth manner.
  • Support implementation of L&D training and coaching programs designed by the Program team to the business side, providing end-to-end support from participant onboarding to post-training follow-up to maximize learning outcomes.

  • Ensure absolute data accuracy during bonus calculations.

Employee Relations and Engagement
