ALTEN México busca un Coordinador(a) PTAR con el objetivo de liderar y coordinar proyectos relacionados con el tratamiento de aguas residuales. El Coordinador(a) PTAR será responsable de asegurar la operación continua, segura y legalmente conforme de la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales (PTAR), garantizando el cumplimiento normativo ambiental, la prevención de riesgos ambientales y sociales, y el soporte a la estrategia de sustentabilidad de la planta, manteniendo una relación transparente y preventiva con autoridades y la comunidad.

Responsabilidades:

1. Operación y Control de la PTAR
Supervisión integral de la operación diaria y del cumplimiento de normas de descarga.
Control de parámetros operativos, eficiencia de tratamiento, químicos, lodos y disposición final.

2. Cumplimiento Legal y Relación con Autoridades
Aseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo ante autoridades ambientales.
Gestión de reportes, inspecciones, auditorías y actualización de permisos y obligaciones legales.

3. Gestión Preventiva de Riesgos Ambientales
Identificación y mitigación de riesgos ambientales de la PTAR.
Implementación de planes preventivos, de contingencia y análisis de incidentes.

4. Sustentabilidad y Mejora Continua
Apoyo a iniciativas de reúso de agua, eficiencia hídrica y energética.
Seguimiento de KPIs ambientales y propuesta de mejoras operativas y tecnológicas.

5. Relación con la Comunidad y Reputación Social
Atención preventiva de impactos ambientales y quejas comunitarias.
Colaboración en acciones de transparencia y protección de la imagen ambiental.

6. Gestión de Personal y Proveedores
Coordinación y capacitación del personal y contratistas.
Supervisión de servicios, proveedores y fomento de seguridad y disciplina operativa.

Requisitos:

  • Título en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería bioquímica, Química, Química Industrial, Sanitaria o campo relacionado.
  • 5 años mínimo en operación o supervisión de PTAR industriales.
  • Experiencia en plantas químicas o industrias reguladas.
  • Interacción directa con autoridades ambientales.
  • Manejo de situaciones de alto escrutinio regulatorio y social.
  • Procesos de tratamiento de aguas industriales.
  • Normatividad ambiental mexicana (SEMARNAT, CONAGUA).
  • Gestión de residuos y lodos.
  • Sistemas de gestión ambiental (ISO 14001).
  • Análisis de riesgos ambientales.
