Estamos en busca de un ingeniero en automatización para nuestro equipo.
Su principal misión será apoyar en la recepción e implementación de proyectos de transferencia, además de desarrollar tecnologías que transformen procesos manuales mediante soluciones automatizadas.
Responsabilidades principales
- Implementar nuevas tecnologías y proyectos.
- Optimizar procesos manuales, semi-automáticos y automáticos.
- Diseñar soluciones utilizando SolidWorks y AutoCAD.
- Trabajar con sistemas de visión como Cognex, Keyence, IFM y SYNERGX
- Programar y operar PLCs de Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron y Mitsubishi.
- Gestionar sistemas de control, fuerza y visión.
- Configurar y programar variadores de frecuencia.
- Automatizar procesos y reducir tiempos de ciclo
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Actualizar componentes eléctricos y tableros de control.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y calidad.
- Dar seguimiento a incidencias y fechas clave.
- Programar robots industriales.

Experiencia
- 2 años en la industria automotriz, inyección o entornos WCM.
- Especialización en automatización y sistemas de visión.
- Dominio de herramientas para solución de problemas (Ishikawa, 5W+2H, 8D).
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
