About this role
Supportive function,
- To assist vessel with prefilled inventory forms so that masters are relived of administrative work of data entry.
- To assist Manager by providing them provisions consumptions data for analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit month‑end reports within the specified timelines
2. Ensure all reports are ready a minimum of five days before the assigned submission deadline.
3. Close follow-up on invoices post supply. For any other escalations follow up with operations team.
4. Maintain an updated Excel record of all invoices received, and ensure that delivery note receipts are properly documented and filed.
5. Ensure accuracy of all delivery notes and invoices, and coordinate with relevant teams to obtain and review monthly Inventory and Mandays reports.
6. Verify the accuracy of month‑end reporting and ensure timely checking and updating of monthly consumption figures for all vessels.
Knowledge & Experience:
Education: Graduation from Commerce stream.
Experience: 2-3 years in Shore based catering management accounting.
Specific Business Knowledge: basic accounting, excel efficiency, analytical knowledge, effective communication.
