Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung fĂĽr das Produktportfolio ĂĽber den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- DurchfĂĽhrung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation von Trends und Chancen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien
- Definition von Produktanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Produktion
- Steuerung von Produktneueinführungen (Time-to-Market, Budget, Qualität)
- Erstellung von Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
- Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Kunden
- Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Marketing durch Produkttrainings und Präsentationen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projekte
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Gestaltungsspielraum
