We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive Scrum Master who loves solving problems, enabling teams, and driving real delivery — not just running ceremonies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach agile teams — championing Scrum values and best practices
  • Run the core ceremonies and keep delivery moving
  • Spot blockers early and remove impediments before they slow the team
  • Partner closely with Product Managers across Cape Town, Vilnius, London, and Bangalore
  • Keep teams aligned to roadmaps and delivery goals
  • Help run planning and release sessions
  • Drive continuous improvement and support our agile‑maturity journey

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership and visibility.

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, ACP or similar)
  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master in tech or product teams
  • Experience supporting multiple teams and a shared backlog
  • Strong communicator, facilitator, and problem‑solver
  • Comfort working across time zones and distributed teams
  • Solid understanding of software development and delivery workflows
  • A proactive, action‑oriented mindset

Nice to have: Azure DevOps experience, familiarity with Kanban, global delivery experience.
