We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in our Auckland office.
About the role
The People & Culture team supports the firm across our people framework at Russell McVeagh to ensure everyone at the firm can thrive. You will support the day-to-day L&D and talent operations by providing timely, professional and efficient support to the team.
In this role, you will:
- Provide end-to-end L&D coordination and administrative support across the firm, including managing queries and supporting key initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external training, including logistics, materials, LMS administration and post-training follow-up.
- Act as a super user for P&C systems (including LMS), maintaining accurate data, reporting on learning metrics and supporting continuous improvement.
- Contribute to firm-wide learning, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support student and early talent programmes, including recruitment, events and communications.
- Provide broader recruitment support as needed, including lateral hiring research, screening and interview coordination.

The successful candidate will have:
- A strong administrative background with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an HR / People & Culture (preferred but not essential).
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Highly organised and process oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
- Proactive approach and a "can do" attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a desire to work as part of a team.
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
