Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Baker to join our early morning production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys starting their day before the rest of the city wakes up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls and sweets from scratch
• Follow and maintain consistency with established recipes and production schedules
• Mix, shape, proof, and bake doughs with attention to quality and timing
• Monitor ovens and adjust baking conditions as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
• Assist with inventory tracking and ingredient preparation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery, restaurant, or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation, and dough handling
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during early morning hours
• Comfortable with physically demanding work (standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
