POSITION SUMMARY
Provide surge and contingency culinary support across military dining facilities during operational
increases and special requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prepare meals using Air Force recipe systems
• Execute progressive cooking techniques
• Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment
• Support meal production and inventory planning
• Prepare flight and ground meal operations
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years traceable cooking experience
• High-volume commercial kitchen experience preferred
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent culinary training preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom
• Ability to obtain RAF installation access
WORK SCHEDULE
Shift schedules based on operational requirements and contingency activation.
Morning Shift: 0500–1400 | Day Shift: 1030–1930 | Mid Shift (selected locations): 2000

365-day operation including weekends and holidays.
