The Sales Director is responsible for defining the GTM vision & strategy for their sector and driving excellent execution against it. Establishing Civica as the GovTech Partner to its customer and influential ecosystem while inspiring their team and generating momentum through their leadership style, coaching their team, enhancing the salespersons experience. The Sales Director will attract and nurturing the best sales talent and create a culture of winning and forward momentum.

What you will do to be successful in this role:

  • Experience of leading a successful sales team – Inspires team and drives a high-performing culture, setting clear goals and targets 
  • Owns their target - Takes ownership for achieving the team target.  Is a strategic planner, rigorous and agile, owns commitments and makes revenue objectives happen.
  • Data driven decision making: experience of utilising CRM (salesforce) to track performance, forecasts and progress against pipeline and strategic goals.
  • Setting your team up for success: Ensuring team has tools, support and the culture of winning.
