Deine Aufgaben

- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung laufender Suchmandate im DACH-Raum
- Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in deinem Spezialgebiet
- Identifikation und Ansprache von hochqualifizierten Kandidaten
- Mentoring und Coaching von Junior-Kolleg:innen
- Entwicklung eines Nischenmarkts mit langfristiger Perspektive

 

Dein Profil

- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Recruitment oder B2B-Vertrieb
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sehr gutes Englisch
- Proaktives und partnerschaftliches Mindset
- Unternehmerisch denkend, teamorientiert handelnd
