- Run structured, 360 consultative processes: briefing, sourcing strategy, assessment, shortlisting, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing
- Operate in a niche vertical, becoming known for your market knowledge and network
- Track performance through meaningful ratios (not vanity metrics) and continuously improve your approach

- Exceptional communication — clear, persuasive, commercially confident
- Relationship-first mindset — you play the long game and build trust fast
- High standards and real ambition — you want to win, learn, and progress
- Entrepreneurial drive — you take ownership, spot opportunities, and execute
- Resilience and professionalism — calm, consistent, and focused under pressure
- Degree-level education (preferred)
What You’ll Get
- Clear career path for top performers - many of our colleagues have joined at entry level and enjoyed multiple promotions to date.
- A collaborative and rewarding culture with talented and diverse colleagues.
- Structured KPIs based on live performance ratios and outcomes
- Uncapped earning potential
- London-based role (central office)
- Continuous training and development, from internal and external talent.
- Mentorship from experienced leaders
- An entrepreneurial environment that will allow you opportunities to explore new markets and geographies.
