Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests with their luggage and needs upon arrival and departure.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and shuttle services.
- Support the concierge team in delivering personalized services to guests.
- Ensure all equipment and vehicles used in service are well-maintained and clean.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel grounds to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Assist with special events and functions as needed.

- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is preferred.
