About the Role
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Events & Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events while driving sales opportunities and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure every event runs smoothly from inquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate corporate events, private functions, weddings, and hospitality experiences
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Support sales initiatives to increase bookings, revenue, and repeat business
- Conduct venue tours and assist with client meetings
- Liaise with operations, catering, marketing, and front-of-house teams
- Ensure all event details are accurately communicated and executed
- Manage event calendars, bookings, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Assist with promotional campaigns, social media content, and networking events
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/CRM systems
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Events, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or event venues
