We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to join a fast-paced sales team within the B2B SaaS space. As the engine of our growth, you will be responsible for sparking new conversations, breaking into key accounts, and building the foundation of our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, maintains a consistent standard of 80+ calls per day.
- Prospect, profile, and qualify high-value leads within the B2B technology and SaaS sectors.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
- Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Meticulously manage lead data and activity tracking within the CRM to ensure a clean sales funnel.
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound sales or business development environment.
- Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport.
- High level of resilience and a "hunter" mentality; comfortable making upwards of 80 calls daily.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-velocity workload independently.
- Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools.
- Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment.
- Familiarity with specific sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, or Challenger).
- A track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting.
