Job Summary
This company is a performance marketing agency building the "Agency of the Future" by leveraging AI to dominate the Answer Engine era. While traditional agencies are focused solely on Google rankings, this team ensures clients are cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are looking for a high-performing closer to lead our revenue function. You will sell directly to business owners and managing partners of firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue. This is a role for a strategic thinker who understands that modern businesses need high-margin, AI-driven solutions rather than outdated agency deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the full closing cycle, taking 7β10+ qualified calls per week across all US time zones.
- Managing and coaching a front-end appointment setter, listening to call recordings daily to identify drop-off points and running live role-play sessions.
- Handling complex objections regarding ROI and differentiation without the use of a script.
- Conducting daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health and priorities.
- Providing consistent End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Week (EOW) reports on revenue closed, close rates, and setter performance.
- Scaling the performance of the sales function as the agency grows, with a target of $20,000+ in new contracts closed per month.
- +2 years of experience closing high-ticket services in a digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries (Law, Medical, Home Services).
- Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just "deliverables."
- Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel health.
- High level of self-discipline and the ability to operate in a remote, founder-led startup environment without micromanagement.
- Availability to cover core US hours (8amβ7pm CST) to support prospects from EST to PST.
