Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative with proven experience selling into European markets. This is a phone-heavy, cold-calling-focused role where success is measured by qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated, and the quality of conversations with senior technology decision-makers.
You will engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and other senior stakeholders, helping validate and scale outbound go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects across European markets.
- Book 1β2 qualified meetings per day.
- Engage senior tech decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of IT.
- Qualify prospects and identify strong-fit sales opportunities.
- Gather insights from calls and share market feedback with the team.
- Refine outbound messaging and sales pitches based on prospect responses.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline updates.
- Contribute to improving outbound sales strategy and campaign performance.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Experience selling into EU markets is required.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or growth-related solutions is strongly preferred.
- Confident speaking with senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong phone presence, objection handling, and qualification skills.
- Ability to consistently book 1β2 qualified meetings per day.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven remote sales environment.
- CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
