Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM & Automation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Pipedrive and Zapier to join a client-facing consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, designing scalable CRM systems, and building automations that improve how businesses manage leads, sales pipelines, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope, structure, and configure Pipedrive CRM environments for clients
  • Build advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and related automation tools
  • Consult clients on lead management, pipeline optimisation, activity tracking, and reporting best practices
  • Create process documentation, blueprint reports, SOPs, and workflow maps
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing CRM training
  • Troubleshoot automation and integration issues proactively
  • Recommend operational improvements and scalable system enhancements
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and project ownership
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Use generative AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, and client solutions

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, RevOps, CRM, or operational role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM, including:
    • Workflow automation
    • CRM configuration
    • Marketplace applications
    • Pipeline and reporting setup
  • Advanced Zapier experience with the ability to build reliable multi-step automations
  • Experience working with B2B SMEs in operations, sales consulting, or revenue operations environments
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong process thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfortable facilitating training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-directed, accountable, and highly organised
  • Proactive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier AI, or AI agents in daily workflows
  • Ability to work UK business hours
  • Professional indemnity insurance

  • Experience building AI-driven workflows or AI agents
  • Business analysis, process mapping, or project management experience
  • Experience mentoring or coordinating collaborative project delivery
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or sales tech roles using Pipedrive and Zapier
  • Deep familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, and sales pipeline management
  • Excellent communication skills in English, especially for client-facing interactions
  • Prior experience working with B2B SMEs, preferably in operations, RevOps, or sales consulting
  • Proven ability to build scalable, robust automation across platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and delivery orientation
  • Confident in running client training sessions and translating technical processes to non-technical users
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during some UK business hours
