Job Summary

We are seeking a Growth Marketer with hands-on experience in cold outbound sales, lead generation, and running product demos. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, focused on driving qualified pipeline through outbound campaigns while converting prospects through engaging, high-impact demos.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands the full funnel—from prospecting and outreach to demo delivery and conversion—and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cold outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and qualify leads aligned with target customer profiles
  • Conduct product demos that clearly communicate value and drive conversion
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Optimize outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and improve response rates
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion metrics
  • Contribute to growth strategy, including ICP refinement and go-to-market initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing and outbound sales roles
  • Proven experience running cold outreach campaigns and booking meetings
  • Strong experience delivering product demos or sales presentations
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments preferred
