Job Summary

Weโ€™re hiring a Sales Development Representative for an exciting remote sales opportunity. This is an ideal role for driven, results-oriented individuals looking to build a career in outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth and revenue for high-performing companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads for the sales pipeline
  • Book meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach efforts
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Experience working remotely or with international teams is a plus
