Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Content Manager to work directly with the CEO in building and scaling a high-impact personal brand and company presence across social media platforms.

This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on capturing real-time organic content while producing high-quality scripted content that drives engagement and audience growth. You will play a key role in shaping the content strategy, executing ideas, and ensuring consistent brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand growth goals
  • Generate creative concepts based on trends, audience insights, and platform performance
  • Write compelling scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form video
  • Capture high-quality video content in-office, on-site, and during travel when required
  • Edit professional-level video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Manage and maintain content calendars and posting schedules
  • Publish content and support day-to-day social media management
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all content
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing content
  • Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)
  • Hands-on experience managing and publishing content across social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
  • Ability to independently develop creative concepts and scripts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
