Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Account Executive to join one of our high-growth client teams. This is a remote sales job ideal for professionals experienced in closing deals, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.

As an AE, you will take ownership of qualified opportunities, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals while building strong relationships with clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to grow into senior sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative selling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to optimize pipeline generation
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals efficiently
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role (Account Executive or similar)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, Tech, or high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with subscription-based sales models and recurring revenue (ARR/MRR)
  • Experience selling to international markets (UK, US, or Europe)
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
