Guest Experience & Service 

• Be the face of Crown Quarter, stylish, genuine, and full of positive energy.

Bar Operations & Duties

• Craft and serve stunning drinks, cocktails, pints, and everything in between, always to Crown Quarter’s gold standard.
• Keep every serve consistent, precise, and picture-perfect.
• Stay stocked, stay sharp, manage your bar space with pride and keep it running like a dream.
• Handle payments and transactions effortlessly, professional, accurate, and secure.
• Open and close with care, every checklist ticked, every surface gleaming, every detail right.
• Maintain immaculate hygiene and presentation across the bar, glassware, and equipment.
• Polish glassware and barware to perfection, because details matter.
• Team up across departments, we’re one crew, creating one seamless experience.
• Know your responsibilities, uphold licensing laws and serve with integrity and care.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a bar or cocktail service environment.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards in drink preparation, service, and hygiene.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and guest interaction skills.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of beverages and willingness to expand knowledge continually.
• High Standards: Commitment to exceptional customer service and professional presentation.
• Availability: Must be available to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Drive & Integrity: Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in every task.
