Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Reporting To: Restaurant Manager/Manager on Duty
Located on Monck Street in the lively Crown Quarter, Jaspers Brasserie is a vibrant, all‑day bistro with stylish indoor and outdoor seating and a modern open kitchen. We take pride in beautifully prepared dishes using locally sourced Wexford produce. And when the kitchen winds down, the bar comes alive with craft beers, cocktails and an extensive wine list.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the team during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel genuinely valued and cared for
- Support, coach and motivate team members, helping them to deliver their best
- Ensure all food & beverage orders are managed professionally and accurately
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all service areas
- Be hands‑on during busy periods, stepping in to support service where needed
- Build strong product knowledge and confidently guide guests through menus and recommendations
- Assist with the set‑up and close‑down of service
- Address guest feedback professionally, always aiming to do the right thing and enhance their experience
- Work closely with management to continuously improve service standards and team performance

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role, with some supervisory experience preferred
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer care
- Natural leadership skills with a supportive, team‑focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to standards
- A confident, friendly and approachable personality
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
