You’ll have the opportunity to:

Within one month, you will…

  • Dive deep into our biometric technology stack through comprehensive trainings on SDKs, ABIS architecture, and integration methodologies
  • Shadow live customer training sessions to understand real implementation challenges and solutions
  • Begin enhancing our technical materials with your fresh perspective and insights
  • Build relationships with key team members across Professional Services and R&D

Within three months, you will…

  • Take ownership of your first client project, becoming their primary technical point of contact
  • Apply your expertise to troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize system performance
  • Develop your first data migration code to support quality analyses and system optimization
  • Actively contribute to ongoing projects by providing training support and technical consultation
  • Begin preparing to lead technical knowledge transfer sessions with clients

Within six months, you will…

  • Master our specialized tool set and technical documentation essential for solution deployment
  • Deliver your first solo training session, guiding clients from theoretical concepts to hands-on implementation
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including Factory Acceptance Tests, Quality Analyses and Deduplication Reports
  • Build stronger collaboration bridges between R&D, product teams, and customers
  • Contribute improvements to our internal tools and processes

Within one year, you will…

  • Independently manage multiple technical implementations from conception to deployment
  • Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and external clients
  • Lead complex biometric data migrations and system integrations with third-party platforms
  • Develop and deliver customized analyses that drive customer decision-making
  • Contribute to product roadmaps by channeling customer feedback into meaningful improvements

Qualifications:

  • University education in technology or economy/business area
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short business trips

Tech stack & background:

We’re looking for talent with a software engineering background. You don’t need to be fluent in every technology listed below, but this is the ecosystem we work with - so the more you’re familiar with, the better prepared you’ll be for the role.

  • Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, and other major languages
  • Multiple SQL flavors
  • REST API design and integration

Level:

This role is at T4/T5, representing a mid-to-senior technical position where your coding proficiency and problem-solving abilities are essential. We're looking for professionals who can write efficient code for data migrations, develop custom tools, and architect elegant solutions to complex integration challenges. Your experience debugging intricate technical issues, optimizing system performance, and thinking algorithmically will be immediately valuable. This level demands both technical depth and creative problem-solving, you'll analyze requirements, identify optimal implementation approaches, and develop robust solutions while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs. The position offers significant autonomy while providing the support framework needed to excel in delivering sophisticated biometric solutions.

Compensation

At Innovatrics, we offer competitive compensation aligned with role level, experience, skills, and location.

Salary: starting from €3,500 / month, depending on the assessed seniority level.

Interview Process

  • Recruiter Screen [30 min. ]
  • Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)
    An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60~90 min)
    A hands-on session where you will work directly with our Software Engineers and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time.
  • CARES Interview: Final conversation with our CARES committee to ensure alignment with our core values—Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Shared Mission.
  • Reference checks and background verification
