Position Overview

We are currently looking for a ADAS Calibration Shop Coordinator to join our team.

This position is currently vacant.

The role is responsible for ensuring that calibrations are completed timely and properly while managing employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the ADAS calibration team technicians.
  • Invoice services performed to the vehicles.
  • Perform accounts receivable tasks as required.  
  • Plan and coordinate daily production schedules for vehicle calibrations. 
  • order parts and shop supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate the transfer of vehicles between location with company tow truck drivers.
  • Work closely with body shop mangers, collision estimators, insurance partners and customers.  
  • Maintain company and OEM quality standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient operations

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Environment: Shop / Office
