What You'll Do
- Complete structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicles using OEM and I-CAR standards
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for body and frame repairs
- Weld, repair, and replace panels, bumpers, and other body components
- Work with estimators and painters to ensure workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Use shop software and tools to document and complete repairs
Who You Are
- Licensed 310B Auto Body Repair Technician or registered apprentice
- 2+ years of experience in collision repair
- Comfortable with structural repairs, welding, and aluminum work
- Detail-oriented and focused on quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat rate pay system based on billed hours ($28–$40+/hr potential)
- Weekly guaranteed earnings of $1,500 when flagged hours fall short
