Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of maintenance contracts concluded with our clients (contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, security, updates, quotes, etc.)
  • Act as the client's main contact for contract issues (KPIs, invoicing, etc.)Participate in the handover of customer sites between the deployment and maintenance teams (transfer, maintenance area, etc.)
  • Follow up on the smooth running of supplier maintenance contracts (contracting, follow-up)
  • Monitor suppliers on customer sites (contracts, guarantees, spare parts, etc.)
  • Participate, through your actions, in improving the reliability of the system
  • Be able to carry out independently the complex tasks entrusted to you on various subjects within your field of expertise
  • Have an organizational capacity and efficiency in project management. 
  • Be able to supervise junior profiles
  • Enforce the company's processes and best practices
  • Engineering school degree or a 5-year degree in business engineering
  • First successful experience as a contract engineer or business manager
  • Ability to analyse technical maintenance data
  • General knowledge of electronics, mechanics and automation
  • Autonomy, rigour and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Interest for demanding technical environments, analysis and problem solving
