Videographer

PeopleCert is looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports brand visibility, promotes our products and services, and strengthens PeopleCert’s global digital presence across multiple channels and audiences.

As a Videographer, your tasks will include the following:

• Plan, capture, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media channels, corporate communications, and company events.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and deliver impactful visual storytelling.
• Operate and maintain professional video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio systems.
• Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Ensure all video assets are aligned with PeopleCert’s brand identity, messaging, and communication objectives.
• Manage multiple video production projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Stay informed on emerging video production trends, creative techniques, and digital content best practices.
• Ensure their work and presence are aligned with company’s core values — quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of professional experience in videography, video production, or multimedia content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and solid understanding of lighting, sound, and camera techniques.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
• Advanced computer literacy is required; ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Availability and willingness to travel internationally for video shoots, events, and on-location productions.
• Experience in a corporate or marketing environment would be considered an asset.
• Motion graphics and animation skills will be a plus, along with basic photography skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

• If we work on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
• If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
