Student Services Executive
About this role
Job Description:
- Administer students’ admission, withdrawal, course completion, and attendance tracking.
- Manage the front desk, attending to walk-in customers, students’ enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests.
- Respond to email and phone enquiries related to courses.
- Coordinate various school administrative matters between different departments.
- Provide assistance to the Dean and Lecturers as needed.
- Assist in ad-hoc departmental responsibilities such as student events and outreach, Student Orientation, Graduation Ceremony, etc., when required.
- Engage with students by checking on their well-being and showing care and concern.
- Serve as the primary contact point for students.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an academic institution; entry-level candidates are also welcome.
- Good track record in the service industry, with a passion for customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary Range:
- $2,000 - $3,000
