Job responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support for trade finance products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to trade finance transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of trade finance documents.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of trade finance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting trade finance.

Job requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in customer service within the trade finance sector or banking.
- Strong understanding of trade finance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trade finance software applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM
