**Role Overview:**
- Command the end-to-end program governance, critical path scheduling, and operational delivery of ultra-prime, fast-tracked banking and financial sector workplace portfolios in Singapore.
- Act as the primary interface for elite, highly professional EU commercial and investment banking stakeholders, translating their complex global design, risk, and security standards into flawless local execution.
- Supervise top-tier international architecture studios, specialized MEP engineers, and premium fit-out contractors, enforcing an absolute zero-defect, high-precision finish.
- Establish sophisticated PMO control systems, meticulously tracking multimillion-dollar capital budgets, complex procurement lead times, and stage-gate risk milestones.
- Lead the project through Singapore's stringent regulatory clearances, securing swift statutory handovers and seamless corporate day-one operations for critical financial environments.

**Project Scope:**
- Flagship Banking Hubs & Trading Floors: Oversee multi-floor, high-budget corporate fit-outs and regional headquarters for prestigious, top-tier EU commercial and investment banks.
- Prestige Finishes & Critical Engineering: Deliver high-spec corporate environments featuring state-of-the-art critical infrastructure (such as uninterrupted trading power architectures), advanced security technologies, bespoke premium millwork, and world-class, sustainability-certified interior finishes.

**Candidate Requirements:**
- Extensive experience leading high-value commercial interior programs in Singapore, with a proven portfolio of workplace deliveries specifically for multinational banking or financial services institutions.
- Career background within top-tier international real estate consultancies, premier cost consultancies, or elite fit-out builders.
- PMP certification or active chartership with international construction bodies (such as RICS/CIOB) is highly preferred.
- Must hold pre-existing, independent legal work rights in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident).
