Job responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to meet current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Advise on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans, to enhance employee productivity and growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring and cultural transformation, to support business growth and agility.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and deliver programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support compensation and benefits planning to ensure competitive and equitable practices within the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing support and guidance on HR policies, career development, and workplace concerns.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the financial services.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in managing change and driving organizational transformation in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
