About the Company
Our client is a leading regional Audio-Visual systems integrator, specialising in the design, deployment and support of end-to-end AV and smart technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end Audio-Visual projects, with a strong focus on hospitality environments such as hotels, resorts and convention facilities.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules and deliverables to ensure successful completion within agreed timelines.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate design, installation, testing and commissioning of AV systems including conferencing, digital signage, LED walls, sound systems and control systems.
• Manage project risks, technical challenges and site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards, technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Provide regular project updates, reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation and team performance.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in Audio-Visual project management, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, convention centres).
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems including audio, video, control systems, networking and integrated solutions.
• Solid experience managing contractors, system integrators and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced site environments.
• Familiar with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
