Role Overview
- Drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand the agency’s presence in Southeast Asia.
- The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales targets while promoting AI-powered and SaaS-based marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s market presence in Southeast Asia.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, brands, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media platforms, and strategic partners.
- Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends, AI-driven advertising solutions, and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Growth.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, deal negotiation, and revenue growth.
- Experience in digital marketing, media agency, march, adtech, SaaS, or technology-related industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or performance marketing is a plus.
