We are seeking a Sales Engineer to engage with industrial clients, understand their operational challenges, and identify solution opportunities. This is a client-facing, field-based position that combines engineering expertise with business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with clients in industrial sectors
- Conduct meetings to understand client operations and challenges
- Propose suitable solution concepts tailored to client needs
- Qualify opportunities and support business development activities
- Maintain a pipeline of clients and accurate records
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in either:
- Industrial or technical sales, or
- Engineering roles (maintenance, operations, plant, facilities)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with client interaction and site visits
Preferred Profile
- Engineers interested in transitioning to a sales or client-facing role
- Candidates with sales experience in technical or industrial environments
- Confident in engaging new clients and building relationships
