MultiMedia / UI/UX Designer

Key Projects
- Develop intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user engagement and experience.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to end-to-end design processes, from wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.
- Ensure designs align with industry trends and maintain brand consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities
- Create graphics, illustrations, logos, and user interface elements using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
- Develop mockups, prototypes, and user journeys for digital platforms.
- Conduct user research and testing, making data-driven design improvements.
- Troubleshoot UX issues and optimize designs based on feedback.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.

Team & Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Project Manager on-site.
- Collaborates with: Singapore-based team for project execution.

Must Have
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of web production best practices and responsive design.
- Chinese speaking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have
- Experience in the gaming industry or entertainment-related UI/UX.
- Understanding of user behavior analytics and A/B testing.
