About this role
Our Mission: We "de-risk" new hires by training them at our 100 Poydras "living classroom." We need skilled and experienced mentors to teach them.
Your Role:
- Mentor Recruits on real repair/restoration tasks.
- Patiently teach & demo skills. You must be willing to "slow way down."
- Model MGA core values: Time is Valuable, Think It Through, Pride Pays.
- This is a teaching role, and a production role.
You Are:
- An experienced craft professional.
- A patient mentor with a "teacher's mindset."
Pay & Hours:
- $30 - $60 per hour (based on skill).
- Flexible 2, 4, or 6-hour shifts.
- Typical schedule: 11 am-5 pm, Tue/Wed/Thu.
