Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Quantitative Trader to manage and enhance systematic trading strategies in a live market environment. This role focuses on execution, optimization, and disciplined risk management within highly liquid instruments.

Key Responsibilities
ā€¢ Execute systematic trading strategies on live accounts, either independently or within defined frameworks
ā€¢ Adapt or improve existing models, and contribute new ideas where applicable
ā€¢ Conduct backtesting and performance validation using trading platforms or programming tools
ā€¢ Monitor live performance and adjust parameters in line with risk guidelines
ā€¢ Apply structured risk controls during periods of heightened market volatility
ā€¢ Review trading outcomes regularly and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements
ā€¢ 2ā€“5 years of experience in systematic or algorithmic trading (FX, commodities, or similar markets)
ā€¢ Prior exposure to live trading environments with real capital
ā€¢ Good understanding of fast-moving markets and price behavior under different conditions
ā€¢ Ability to evaluate strategy performance, including drawdown and consistency
ā€¢ Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) or data analysis tools (e.g., Python)
ā€¢ Strong discipline in execution and risk management
