Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents/tenants.
- Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by construction works.
- Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of community engagement activities.
- Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues.
- Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting purposes.
- Provide general administrative support for site operations.
Requirements
- GCE โOโ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-service mindset.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
- Experience in public relations, community engagement, or construction industry will be an advantage (not mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
