Role Overview (What They'll Do)

As a Canvasser, you'll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, identify interest in home improvement projects, and schedule qualified appointments for our Project Consultant team.

You'll be the first step in helping homeowners improve their homes while creating opportunities that drive company growth and your own earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified homeowner appointments through neighborhood outreach.
  • Build rapport and create positive first impressions with homeowners.
  • Educate homeowners about Phillips Home Improvements and available services.
  • Schedule qualified appointments that meet company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and appointment information.
  • Represent the Phillips Home Improvements brand professionally.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and performance development.
