Project Manager (SharePoint Expertise)

We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager (SharePoint Expertise) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert in a hybrid mode (80% On-site & 20% Remote within EU). The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Your tasks

• Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, and deadlines;
• Create a detailed project plan outlining the schedule, resources, and milestones;
• Monitor and manage the project resource usage to ensure resources are utilized efficiently;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact;
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback;
• Track project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion;
• Conduct project reviews, finalize documentation, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved;
• Track and respond to tickets and service requests in a service desk context, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 10 years;
• Proven experience in IT Project Management and Project Coordination;
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking;
• Strong knowledge of risk, issue, and change management;
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication with business and technical teams;
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments;
• Knowledge of SharePoint architecture and governance;
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar task management platforms;
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem as well as Agile Methodology
• Excellent command of the English language.
