About this role

We are looking for a motivated SharePoint (M365) Architect / Team Leader to design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps and .Net frameworks in Athens or remotely. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on projects for major international public organizations.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop SharePoint (M365) solutions using SharePoint Online as also build and maintain .Net applications and web services;
  • Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate;
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and solution options;
  • Lead a high‑performing team, mentor talent, and contribute to building a Center of Excellence;
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices;
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation;
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Proven experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps and Dynamics 365;
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies (React/Angular);
  • Experience with RESTful services and APIs;
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with .Net development (C#, ASP.Net, MVC);
  • Experience with broader M365 ecosystem components (Teams, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance);
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure DevOps;
  • Microsoft Certifications.
