About this role

Tasks:

The successful candidate responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets;
  • Providing operational support for issues related to Azure cloud applications;
  • Handling daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor;
  • Supporting DevOps-related tasks.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State;
  • Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts. (On-call basis: the engineer is contacted only if a ticket is raised);
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies;
  • Freelance and part-time engagement options are supported.
