Level 2 Support (L2)
As an L2 Support Specialist, you will manage more complex technical issues, investigate incidents in greater depth, and work closely with internal technical teams to resolve customer problems efficiently.
Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT-related roles is required.
L2 Support
- Fluent French
- Good English communication skills
- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Service Desk, or similar roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
