Hardware Engineer

We are you looking for a Hardware Engineer for one of our clients in Netherlands catering the requirements of a global leading industrial packaging company, driven by innovation and customer satisfaction? if you see a challenge in designing electrical systems and equipment for our customers' machines? With the complete team of hardware, software and mechanical engineers, you work together on challenging packaging machines of which you can actually see the end result.Then this position is really something for you!

You work together on challenging projects with the complete team of Hardware, Software and Mechanical Engineers. Are you the one who will join this team?

Your future position in a few words

• You design the electrical and pneumatic control systems in EPLAN P8.
• You maintain contacts with third parties (internal & external) about the drawings - the external contact is always in consultation with Project Management.
• You check during the electrical and pneumatic installation of machines whether it corresponds to the drawing and take action if necessary.
• Updating existing drawings and archiving drawings.
• You take care of the order lists for electrical and pneumatic materials.

Skills Required:

• That you have completed a technical education (minimum level 7 (minimum MBO level 4 – preferably in the direction of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation & Energy Technology).
• That you speak English.
• At least 2 years of work experience with an E-CAD system (preferably EPLAN P8).
• That you take initiative, think in solutions and know how to tackle.

• Challenging larger projects in our multidisciplinary team.
• Paid pension up to 1,5 year without employee contribution.
• A job in which you work directly 'hands-on' with the machines we make, because you perform input and output tests on our machines
