As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and multilingual individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator in our Ghent location.

Job Description: As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our German and Polish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for German and Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with service-related inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Service Coordination: Coordinate service appointments and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, striving to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions using our internal systems.
  5. Language Proficiency: Utilize your fluency in German, Polish, and English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  6. Shift Work: Work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings, to provide round-the-clock support to our customers.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer service department.

Qualifications:

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in German, Polish, and English is essential for this role.
  2. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  6. Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology is preferred, but not required.
  7. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as part of a rotating shift schedule.
  8. Relocation: Candidates from abroad must be willing to relocate to Ghent at their own expense, as there is no relocation package provided.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of 2900-3200 EUR x 13 months (Gross) + 7.24 per day as meal allowance.
  • 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, on a 24/7 rotating shift basis.
